Peer Support for Parents and Carers.
We support unpaid carers by providing emotional support, valuable information, and a strong sense of community, helping them navigate the challenges of caring for an autistic person. Caring for an autistic person can feel isolating, but we are here to help you find your tribe and the support you deserve.

How we can support you
Coffee Mornings
We offer face-to-face coffee mornings, evening meetings, and online evening sessions, providing a supportive space for carers to connect, share experiences, and access peer support.
Evening meetings
We hold regular meetings to create a supportive community for carers. Our evening sessions provide support outside of working hours, ensuring carers can access the help they need at a time that suits them.
Online evening meetings
We offer online meetings, allowing carers to connect face-to-face from the comfort of their own home.
Closed Facebook platform
Our closed Facebook group is essential for carers, offering a safe space to share experiences, information, and advice in a relaxed, informal setting. Carers can connect and find support at any time of the day.
Mailing lists
Staying informed is key to feeling supported. By joining our mailing list, you’ll receive updates about upcoming events, useful resources, and opportunities to connect with fellow carers, all delivered directly to your inbox.

Who we are
We host face to face coffee mornings and evening meetings, along with online evening meetings, for carers seeking peer support. We also have a closed Facebook platform just for carers to receive support, information and signposting, as well as mailing lists for both carers and professionals.
We sit on the Crawley Disability Forum, the Crawley Pathfinders Forum, the West Sussex Mental Health Forum, the Gatwick Accessibility Forum and the Sussex Police Neurodiversity Disability Advisory Group, to promote Autism Acceptance, Inclusion and Participation.
