Ways we support you

Coffee Mornings

We offer face-to-face coffee mornings, evening meetings, and online evening sessions, providing a supportive space for carers to connect, share experiences, and access peer support.

Our coffee mornings offer a welcoming and relaxed space where carers can take a break, meet others in similar situations, and share their experiences. These informal gatherings provide a chance to talk openly, find support, and build friendships with people who truly understand. We run regular sessions throughout the month, allowing you to connect in a way that fits your schedule.
